Stationæry is a neighborhood restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea serving seasonal California cooking, small production & natural wine, and vibrant brunch and dinner.

Located in San Carlos Square, the restaurant has become a favorite for Carmel locals — the kind of place people wish they had in their own neighborhood. Guests gather for long brunches, relaxed dinners, and glasses of wine shared among friends.

THE BENCH AT PEBBLE BEACH

Overlooking the 18th hole at Pebble Beach Golf Links, The Bench at The Lodge at Pebble Beach delivers an eclectic menu inspired by international styles and methods, and uses the innovative technique of wood roasting and open-flame cooking.

You can also enjoy an array of wines on tap as well as premium draft beers.

CASANOVA

Once owned by Charlie Chaplin’s personal chef, this historic 1920s cottage is marked by a bike parked with lavender flowing from the basket. Before opening in 1987, the family remodeled the building after their Belgian farmhouse, even replicating their wine cellar, which today houses a notable collection. Its setting, just a block off Carmel’s main street, makes dining here seem all the more relaxing and charming.

LA BICYCLETTE

La Bicyclette features European Country Cuisine, hand-crafted using local ingredients and old world artistry. Our food is simple and spontaneous, blending flavors and cooking techniques in a way that is rooted in tradition yet creative.

Our menu is updated weekly, allowing us to make use of the freshest locally sourced ingredients. The kitchen is tiny, with all food prepared on a six burner stove and in our wood-fired oven.

JEJU KITCHEN

At Jeju Kitchen, the dining room hums with the sounds of sizzling stone bowls of bibimbap and the slurping of dark black, savory jajangmyeon noodles. It’s a casual, stylish restaurant in the heart of buzzy Carmel Plaza that infuses Korean flavors into bar bites and upscale dishes. Ashley Wolff opened Jeju Kitchen in December 2023, and being the only Korean restaurant in Carmel, she’s become an ambassador of sorts for this cuisine in the city.

CHEZ NOIR

An elevated, community-driven restaurant rooted in coastal California cuisine, Chez Noir is the passion project of husband-and-wife team Chef Jonny Black and Monique Black. Tucked away in the village-like streets of Carmel-by-the-Sea, guests will discover a modern, seafood-centric menu showcasing pristine ingredients sourced from throughout the Monterey Peninsula.

TORO SUSHI

Toro offers a creative interpretation of Japanese cuisine, including sushi and hot plates such as steak and teriyaki dishes. At Toro, we believe in sourcing high quality ingredients for our Japanese fare. The beverage program has an esteemed sake and wine collection, as well as some creative cocktail creations.

ROY’S

Roy Yamaguchi—celebrity chef, James Beard Award winner and the father of Hawaiian-fusion cuisine—has poured all of his innovative talents into Roy’s at Pebble Beach. When adding Chef de Cuisine Pablo Mellin to the mix, the result is a wonderfully eclectic menu of big flavors that’s sure to please every taste and palate.

STAVE WINE CELLAR

Located at The Inn at Spanish Bay, Stave Wine Cellar is a luxurious yet casual space to explore the world of wine from the Monterey locale of Pebble Beach.

At Stave, you can enjoy varietals by the glass and small bites, as well as a menu of cheese and charcuterie plates. In addition to nearly 50 wines and eight craft beers by the glass, Stave has over 200 wines for purchase by the bottle, including a wide selection of coveted, hard-to-find bottles.

STILLWATER

The sensational scenery sets the stage for a memorable meal, with views of the world-famous 18th hole at Pebble Beach and stunning Stillwater Cove. VIN BY THE SEA

VIN By The Sea is a family owned wine bar and restaurant at the heart of Carmel-by-the-sea, blending the town's timeless charm with a sophisticated wine and dining experience. Nestled on Dolores Street in the picturesque Su Vecino Courtyard, this intimate restaurant occupies a former art gallery space, where ocean hued walls and a hand-blown Verona chandelier evoke an urban-coastal vibe.
